CurrentI serve as technical advisor and project facilitator for partner Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), where my role involves evaluating each health center site's readiness and identifying gaps in providing patient-centered access to all contraception methods across primary care as well as hospital outpatient and inpatient (labor and delivery) settings.My key responsibilities encompass:Independently managing $3M grant portfolio of HCO end-to-end implementation strategy and KPIs.Building trust and rapport with HCO and their core implementation team to garner support for contraceptive access practice transformation initiatives.Evaluating current workflows at each site to pinpoint bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to contraceptive care delivery.Providing guidance and facilitating improvements in contraceptive care services, such as integrating reproductive health screening questions into electronic health records.Developing analyses and presenting recommendations to facilitate decision-making on contraceptive access policy, protocols, and related processes, leading to the formulation of high-level implementation plans.Offering workflow guidance to ensure routine screening for contraceptive needs, patient-centered counseling, and same-day access to all contraception methods.Collaborating with the New Morning training team to ensure comprehensive clinical, administrative, and technical training for HCO staff.Monitoring progress in integrating contraceptive care workflows and accessing contraceptive methods through data-driven workplans.Supporting stocking and utilization of contraceptive options, including emergency contraception, and optimizing clinical and support staff engagement for efficient contraceptive care delivery.Serving as reproductive health subject matter expert; assisting with planning and facilitating state-wide meetings and events amongst HCOs.
