Grassroots Solutions is a consulting firm specializing in strategy and evaluation. Our team facilitated qualitative interviews and analysis in support of a summative assessment of a nationwide juvenile justice program to understand the impact of the program on communities served.

Time Square Alliance is the most prestigious neighborhood association in the nation, managing all programming for Times Square, where over 300,000 people visit each day. My team provided a performance measurement and evaluation plan to track the outcomes and impact of public art installations in Times Square.

As a summer Masters Graduate Fellow, I provided executive coaching and performance management training to senior leaders within the U.S. Dept of Transportation, Office of the Chief Information Officer. Specific deliverables included business process mapping, performance improvement plans, and team management trainings.

The Taproot Foundation connects nonprofits with passionate, skilled volunteers who provide pro bono marketing, strategy, HR, and IT solutions that organizations need to achieve their missions. During a year-long Masters graduate fellowship, I was responsible for volunteer recruitment and engagement strategies for more than 800 volunteers in the New York City area. Our team implemented ongoing volunteer communications, improved upon our volunteer training and support systems, and developed a new recognition program that was eventually replicated nationwide.
