Bloomberg Vault Relationship Manager for the Americas- supporting existing Bloomberg Vault clients by helping them leverage the suite of solutions we offer for real-time surveillance, e-discovery, and proactive monitoring of electronic communications, voice and trade data. Additionally, I provide a consultative approach to the surveillance and supervision space by demonstrating how Vault applications can be customized to meet any firm's structure and/or target operating model as well as the value of incorporating preventive warnings and communication controls

I support a suite of real-time surveillance tools on the core Bloomberg terminal. These tools are preventive in nature and allow for enhanced monitoring of communication and conduct on the Bloomberg platform. The functionality includes the option to embed soft warnings in the messaging system, a console for review of communication against a proprietary rules engine, and chat room controls

I maintained relationships with over 600 Bloomberg users in the small to mid-tier broker dealer community. Working with firms of varying size and those engaging in a variety of investment strategies focusing on all asset classes. My specialty is the equity markets, specifically sales and trading as well as capital markets. I supported these professionals by educating them to use Bloomberg's full suite of analytics in addition to news and alert offerings. I also have special expertise in the instant communication/messaging space and was involved in the beta testing and roll out of the new Instant Bloomberg chat functionality

I assisted clients contacting the Analytics Desk with complex equity related questions. I consulted these clients on which Bloomberg applications to use in order to acheive a specific goal. Areas of special focus include pulling Bloomberg data into excel, fundamental analysis, and equity screening

I facilitated the transition and launch of a new marketing campaign management system. Responsibilities included the formal documentation of departmental policies and procedures for internal use as well as audit purposes and performing extensive data audits during the production phase of the campaign management system. I partnered with the account management department to document marketing programs being executed and I developed standard marketing exclusion criteria to be used in all future campaigns, in collaboration with the Compliance and Risk Management departments
