As the Director of Sales Operations for HOPS, a technology company creating SaaS data analytics solutions, I was responsible for the development of a ground-up marketing program for the rebranding of TRAP Systems to HOPS. In the first four months, I was able to rebrand the company, launch a brand new website, prepare all materials for a large tradeshow, and conduct media training for all executives as part of a new public relations plan. My responsibilities also included preparation for the sales operations as part of a new product launch, development of all marketing products, and implementation of sales initiatives.

As a consultant for ProActive Training & Consulting, a sales training and development organization, I was responsible for sales, business development, consulting and training for corporate accounts and individuals in the South Florida market. This included, training and coaching on consultative selling process, networking, referral generation, goal setting and tracking. I was the speaker for corporations, non-profit organizations, trade associations, chambers of commerce, business groups and public events.

As an outside sales representative with the Tribune Company’s Sun-Sentinel, I was responsible for business development of retail and residential real estate multi-media advertising. While at the Sun-Sentinel, I was known for taking underperforming territories and turning them around to become highly profitable. This resulted in millions of dollars in additional revenue. During my tenure with the Sun-Sentinel, I was the winner of the O’Donnell Award for top advertising sales performance.
