About Nicole Nguyen Wick

I have the pleasure of leading three talented teams: East Division General Practice, Specialty Division, and Learning & Continuous Improvement. My direct reports include 10 Regional Operations Directors, our VP of Specialty Operations, and our Director of Learning and Continuous Improvement. Together we support over 230 hospitals across the country and provide learning and development support to all field and home office teammates. I also partner with our executive leadership and headquarters teams to create operational processes that best serve our teammates, clients and patients.
