Responsible for oversight of finance team, information systems team, human resources and purchasing admins as well as workflow development and innovative application deployment. Anticipate business needs and think with a business-owner mindset based on a strong fundamental knowledge of systems as well as the organizational infrastructure to recommend and implement solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals. Provide daily operational oversight to managers in areas such as but not all inclusive, manufacturing/production, logistics, general office accounting processes, IT operation.
