• Answer and place a large volume of calls to and from Radiologists, Neurologists, Transcriptionists, Imaging Technicians, Nurses, Doctors, and ER/UC Sites. Alert Radiologists and Neurologists when an emergency procedure.
• Coordinate communications between Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Transcriptionists and IT professionals at 52 sites with an average of 15 Radiologist on one shift.
• Prioritize requests and questions, taking care of the most important requests immediately, and tackle the next important tasks as soon as possible. Deescalate situations where a result is delayed and assist in.
• Push digital imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and Ultrasounds) from one server to another off-site server so the imaging can be read by offsite Radiologists. If any imaging is missing or additional imaging needs.
• Multi-task several duties including answering and making calls, checking voicemail, answering email, scanning faxes into a digital database, assigning addendum requests, pushing and requesting imaging, monitoring 2.
• Maintain a list of current numbers and extensions for 52 sites, including ER, ICU, UC, 4-5 Imaging sites, Nursing stations, and on-call coordination lines. Maintain current contacts for 65+ company Radiologists. Pass.
