Senior manager responsible for the agency's learning and career development strategy for 7,000 acquisition and contracting professionals, both domestically and internationally. Focused on aligning workforce development initiatives with the agency’s mission - driving measurable improvements in performance, skill development, and employee retention. II. Transform agency infrastructure to support the end-to-end development of the acquisition workforce, including establishing the Acquisition Career Navigator (ACN) framework to specifically address individual needs of GSA’s workforce, and the Acquisition Talent Development Program, GSA’s entry-level hiring pipeline for GS-1102 contracting staff.III. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and external partners—including the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI), Defense Acquisition University (DAU), and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)—to ensure agency alignment with governmentwide initiatives. Regularly present to GSA’s executive leadership, providing updates on workforce learning trends, development program outcomes, and recommendations for continuous improvement. IV. Manage the integration of innovative learning technologies, data, and user-centered design to significantly enhance the effectiveness of career development programs and resources. Champion the adoption of data-driven approaches to ensure program compliance, assess training impact and identify skill gaps.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a high-performing team of policy analysts, data analysts, and program managers with expertise in Acquisitions, instructional development, and career advancement strategies.
