Worked as a contractor on the Army base to diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases seeing on average 21 patients per day. Promoted preventive care and health maintenance including annual physicals. Analyzed lab results and radiology results. Performed minor procedures including incision and drainage, cultures (throat, wound), removal of foreign bodies, simple suture laceration, suture removal, treatment of minor burns and splinting of traumatic injuries to extremities.

Worked as a contractor on an Army base to assess both active and reserve service members based on their medical readiness seeing up to 50 patients per day. Determined if the soldiers were available for deployment or able to return home after deployment. Rotated to family practice clinics on and around base to practice acute family practice care seeing 15 patients per day. Managed diagnoses related to acute orthopedic concerns as well as medication refills for chronic illnesses and physical exams.

Worked with a large group of physicians and mid-level providers in an inpatient and outpatient setting for a hematology and oncology private practice. Enjoyed working in a team setting seeing 30 patients per day in the office. Rounded closely with multiple physicians in the hospital setting. Able to order and interpret laboratory studies and radiographic studies important to decision making concerning the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients. Worked closely with physician to develop chemotherapy regimens in inpatient and outpatient setting.

Ordered and interpreted laboratory and radiographic studies for acute and chronic medical conditions. Preformed procedures including well woman exams, incision and drainage of abscesses, biopsy of skin lesions, foreign body removals, and simple/complex laceration repairs.
