I train nonprofit organizations and professionals in the areas of: diversity & inclusion, using social media for social change, developing legislative advocacy campaigns, trauma-informed care, and best practices for domestic and sexual violence survivor advocacy.Clients have included: Boston University School of Social Work, EmbraceRace, No More Secrets: Healing from Abuse, Surviving In Numbers, the Custody Awareness Collaborative, Massachusetts Office of Victim's Assistance, MA Council of Family Serving Agencies, Boston Medical Center, the Middlesex and Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, the OVW-funded Risk Assessment and Management Training Project (DVRAMTP), and Massachusetts Office of Victim's Assistance (MOVA).I have been invited to speak at the following forums in the areas of women of color in leadership, gender based violence, social entrepreneurship, social media for social change, careers in public policy:Colorado Public Radio, Amplify America, WGBH's Basic Black, Women with Purpose Boston, The Mass Conference on Women, Microsoft New England's Café Nights at the Roxbury Innovation Center's Female Founders, Teach for America's Entrepreneur's United Conference, the McCormack School Public Policy and Global Studies, and the Department of Public Health's Rural Domestic Violence Forum.
