PWIB provides resources, opportunities, and networking connections to empower our fellow Princeton students. PWIB organizes a wide range of events, including an industry exposure program, inter-collegiate PWIB events, guest speaker sessions, and women in business retreats.

Proficio Investment is an innovative company dedicated to investments, financial services, and economic advisory. Proficio's clients can also access international markets through the Interactive Brokers platform with their accounts based in NY. In the Asset Management area, Proficio designs tailored portfolios to meet each client's financial and investment needs, providing personalized service with constant monitoring. In terms of consultancy and economic and financial advisory, Proficio Advisory meets international quality standards, accompanying companies in the decision-making process based on a thorough analysis of the global and regional macroeconomic situation.

Study abroad summer program in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in collaboration with the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT). The program features five weeks of instruction for a Latin America Politics Spanish course, designed and coordinated by Princeton faculty

- Secured 5 VC partners as judges for entrepreneurship competition, enhancing the event's prestige and networking - Managed and coordinated logistics of competitors' travel, including transportation, accommodations, and food

· Learned the foundations of the finance industry, the rules and regulations of domestic and foreign activities, and the structure of the firm through 20 trainings on UBS MyCampus· Participated in 52 meetings and presentations with 75 senior speakers· Collaborated with 13 other UBS Interns to create a PowerPoint on UBS Advisory that was presented to the Head of the UBS WM International Division· Shadowed Executive Board Branch Leaders & financial advisors· Created agenda & helped pitch UBS to a financial advisor from another bank· Organized audit needed statements for the executive team

Assist in clerical work; prepare & host MDCPS educational webinars like “Engage, Inspire, and Lead” and Turn It Up: Amplify Mentoring; meet with executives to boost the office’s media engagement; meet with business partners & NPOs; student voice in MDCPS task force to select faculty of the year

Appointed by Commissioner Kionne McGhee (District 9); advocate for community issues at monthly meetings & work on proposals like the Mental Health Education initiative.

Supervise volunteers internationally in 7 teams; manage the marketing & website; partner with Miami-Dade County Public Schools & Riverside Elementary (3rd grade FSA Reading Program for Title 1 school); lead workshops for volunteers; substitute for classes; screen volunteers & interview them.
