Conducts outbound calls to a designated territory across Connecticut and New York including the Financial District and Wall Street. Generates and qualifies prospective leads and creates new pipeline by securing meetings between C-level executives of enterprise firms for a team of Account Executives to close on new business.Conducts an average of 70 - 100 calls each day to existing and self-generated prospects and schedules 3 - 4 appointments per day.Works with management to execute strategies targeted to certain segments and industries via email campaigns and cold calls.Trains new hires on best practices to handle objections and how to introduce themselves according to the targeted vertical.

Assure a high level of customer service is delivered by exploring the customer needs to properly qualify for them for the right phone, accessories, and plan. Participate in ongoing company training to stay in step with policies, procedures, promotions, and market trends. Ensure all accessories are accounted for daily. Adhere to proper money handling procedures daily. Train employees on POS and wireless standard system. Train employees on sales and customer service.

Close deals by thorough pre-screening of both the candidate and the client, establishing a pre-closing commitment with said candidate/client, prep and debrief of selected candidate/client. Maintain a professional relationship and follow through with both clients and candidates.
