Created corporate entities and trust structures. Participated in Purchase and Sale litigation, and took part in a thriving estate planning business.

Assisted General Counsel on research and drafting of legislation and regulations as well as various decisions for related Boards.

Researched technologies, corporations, litigation, and individuals for potential conflicts with prior and current work. Created and disseminated “Potential Conflict Reports” across business platforms. Implemented new Legal Key system in the first non-law firm setting.

Coordinated client interactions. Performed jury polling. Participated in case development and consultation meetings.

Assisted on in-court tasks and trial cases. Proofread and researched case files. Conducted insurance law research for Lloyd’s of London sole representative in Ireland.
