-Advises CSUMB students on all Education Abroad and National Student Exchange (NSE) opportunities.-Guides students on issues related to travel eligibility, passports, visas, and entry requirements for their programs of choice.-Maintains knowledge of comparative systems of international education, credit transfers, and factors related to student well-being while abroad.-Leads group information sessions for prospective students and promotes study abroad scholarship opportunities such as the Gilman, Critical Language, Fulbright, and Boren scholarships.-Conducts individual and group advising sessions for students on program selection, health and safety issues, and intercultural competency.-Processes academic approval forms and maintains accurate and up-to-date student records using AirTable, Horizons, and OASIS.

-Coordinated all registration processes and graduation requirements for approximately 145 MBA students.-Communicated CSUMB policies and procedures to students, and identifies and assists in resolving student issues related to admissions, records and registration, financial aid, and graduation requirements.-Ensured students met all degree requirements, and referred students to campus resources and services.-Coordinated the MBA program admissions process with the program’s education partner and worked to identify student recruitment opportunities.-Collaborated with the admissions office to ensure the smooth transition of applicants into the program and maintained the MBA applicant tracking system.

-Coordinated registration processes for 250+ online MBA, campus MBA, and virtual undergraduate students.-Ensured students are meeting degree requirements, communicate CSU policies, and refer students to appropriate campus resources. -Advised and resolved student issues, resulting in a 93% retention rate of online MBA students.-Evaluated MBA applications, sent admissions decisions, managed waitlists and deferrals, and maintain an applicant tracking system (WebAdmit). -Assisted MBA Program Directors in creating semester class schedules to prevent overlap of core courses while ensuring MBA students can make appropriate progress toward degree completion. -Planned and executed MBA orientations, guest speaker sessions, and additional programming.-Communicated with prospective applicants and led group advising sessions for current and prospective MBA students.-Worked with our marketing partner to plan strategic marketing practices for the online MBA program. -Assisted the campus MBA director in creating coherent and strategic marketing plans for the campus -MBA program to meet program goals.-Collaborated with graduate admissions, the office of the registrar, and financial aid offices to support student success.

-Provided comprehensive enrollment advising to over 200 students for four graduate degree programs.-Interpreted and explained program policies, eligibility requirements, career outcomes, and financing strategies.-Organized and managed student records in Salesforce to keep track of enrollment objectives and assist students in each stage of the enrollment process.-Helped students explore career outcomes and made referrals to student services, financial aid, and other departments when appropriate.-Developed program-specific recruitment plans to improve enrollment outcomes by compiling and analyzing enrollment data and examining enrollment trends.

-Provided enrollment advising to approximately 100 students in two graduate degree programs.Represented the University at off-campus recruiting events, and helped coordinate on-campus recruitment events.-Assembled and distributed student surveys and presented results to faculty program chairs and enrollment staff.

-Communicated with and provide enrollment advising to prospective students through Olark chat, email and phone calls in order to increase application starts and submissions. -Maintained comprehensive knowledge of all Middlebury Degree and Non-degree programs and school-wide policies to help students choose programs that align with their academic and career goals.-Facilitated in planning and implementing recruiting events on and off campus to generate new leads. -Assist the Senior Director of partnerships with MOU renewals between partners.-Compiled and created social media and website content to use in marketing to potential applicants. -Developed individualized schedules for prospective students to visit campus, and provide guided tours.-Utilized Salesforce to monitor and manage leads, to track partnership and overall yield, etc.-Supported the admissions team in the planning of new student orientation by planning ceremonies and activities, including a special flag ceremony for incoming international students.

-Worked to increase the number of applicants to the Department of State's Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange & Study (YES) Abroad Program by 55% in the 2018-2019 application cycle by utilizing the following tactics:-Researching, identifying and segmenting potential target markets in order to increase awareness of the YES Abroad program and to generate new applicants.-Assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the program (SWOT/TOWS assessment).-Analyzing competitors and creating positioning strategies for the promotion of the YES Abroad program.-Evaluating survey data to create and refine the lead funnel/ lead flow plan and to make the process more inclusive to diverse applicants.-Developing value proposition materials to increase application starts and completions.-Creating a promotion plan that included social media samples, a partnership identification rubric and partnership recommendations, website updates, email outreaches with incentives, etc to increase the number of applicants in all stages of the application process. -Formulating user surveys to identify problems with and refine the lead funnel and lead flow plan for future application cycles.

-Worked collaboratively with a Master’s Candidate in analyzing fMRI data of resting state functional connectivity of Multiple Sclerosis patients using Matlab and Python in order to track changes in connectivity throughout the progression of the disease over a year-long period. -Presented updates and interpretations of research findings to lab group in English and German while demonstrating the ability to communicate ideas clearly and efficiently. -Assessed and developed study methodology as well as assisted in writing research results and performing statistical analyses which required the ability to troubleshoot procedural problems, and put in place effective solutions.
