Patient oriented user focused support for Impact CTMS, Cognos Reporting, and data alignment with Xcellerate RBM implementation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and Manage Project Plans• Responsible for all facets of projects by demonstrating proficiency in the basic and advanced knowledge, skills and abilities related to proper planning, efficient organization of resources, thorough coordination between internal and external agencies, appropriate directing of concurrent and consecutive work packages/tasks and timely communications of current and future activities. • Developing and managing a robust project plan and able to prepare and/or edit a range of correspondence, conduct meetings, and ensure all key documents are accurate and kept up-to-date. • Provide assistance to APMs on the proper structures of an effective project plan.• Oversee simultaneous project events and maintaining progress to successful completion and customer satisfaction.• Ensure that all critical path project activities are completed within time boundaries and are acceptable to primary internal and external customers• Develop project budgets, track actual costs, and formulate contingency plans to reduce the financial risks to an ongoing effort.Performance Management• Effectively manage the efforts required to ensure that all key deliverables are identified and produced in a timely manner for the initiate, build, maintenance, and/or closeout phases of the project• Ability to take on - complex, and/or time-sensitive project initiatives and achieve a high level of success.Timeline Management• Working within a time-constrained environment, account for the longer-term project deliverables in the Initiate stage of the project life cycle and establish realistic milestones related to effective requirements management and ensure the eClinical team is positioned to meet customer expectations.• Work closely with the Project Team, other internal resources and the Customer throughout the project life cycle, ensuring key product delivery tasks (standard and customized specifications)

• Configuring and maintaining project user groups and access permissions for BioClinica products• Provisioning customer user accounts and monitoring user access• Assisting with customer monthly billing reports• Organizing and maintaining project binders and documentation• Assisting with generation and distribution of final study closeout deliverables• Supporting operations metric collection and tracking• Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing issues arising from voice mail, email, and web requests for assistance from users.• Interviewing users to collect information and lead users through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error.• Logging and tracking calls using a call tracking system and maintain history records and related problem documentation.• Monitoring and escalating severe issues following escalation process, ensuring service level agreements are met
