I am deeply passionate in every area of my life, driven by a genuine love for people and a commitment to breaking down stereotypes. Raised in a blue-collar family, I’m a proud mother of two amazing kids and was taught to stay focused, work hard, be honest, communicate openly, and remain loyal. This foundation has been my compass throughout my career.My journey began in healthcare with ProServices, Inc., which evolved into Passport Health and later Experian Health. Since the spring of 2003, I’ve had the privilege to serve in a variety of roles, from Solution Engineer and Sales Executive to Vice President, SVP, and eventually Chief Commercial Officer. During my 19 years with Experian Health, I was responsible for growth and customer experience, contributing to the evolution of one of the industry's leading RCM technology businesses through rapid growth, acquisitions, integrations, and rebranding.My journey led me to symplr, where I worked with a dynamic, fast-paced team dedicated to simplifying healthcare operations and enhancing outcomes. As President, I oversaw symplr’s growth strategy and customer experience, leading the Sales, Client Success, Support and Professional Services teams, as well as Commercial Operations and Credentialing Operations. After almost 3 years, I have taken a pause to reset over the holiday season to think and reflect on what's next.I love this industry and the opportunity it provides to empower payers, patients, and providers through technology and data. My focus is on creating meaningful, rewarding experiences for my employees and customers alike. I am grateful for the mentors who have guided me and am committed to paying it forward. I will never forget where I came from.
