Nicole Pope is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in land development, real estate investments, private lending, government projects, and public speaking. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2000 when she founded Casey Pope Properties, an independent real estate company that achieved record breaking sales before being acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 2014.In 2008, Nicole co-founded Casey Pope Mortgage, a hard money lending firm that played a critical role in addressing the mortgage crisis, lending and managing residential mortgages until 2013. Following this, she founded Pecan Homes in 2013, where she acquired and managed a portfolio of single-family rental properties.In 2017, Nicole launched Blue Bird Real Estate, where she currently offers bespoke real estate services. Her expertise in land development has been instrumental in projects such as bringing Ace Hardware to Fulshear, and she has experience in the development of single-family rental pocket neighborhoods and retail tracts.
