Manage all strategic and day-to-day marketing and community/business development activities for Holland & Knight's West Coast offices of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland and Anchorage.

* Manage global marketing campaigns and programs: Website development and creation, Email campaigns, print campaigns and product launches.* eMarketing Lead for all Human Identification programs across company.* Manage team of internal and external marketing staff for successful implementation of all launch campaigns and programs.* Managing Editor of global industry-wide Newsletter

* Review and analysis of current eCommerce infrastructure. * Evaluation and assessment of recommended new eCommerce infrastructure; Management of transition to new environment.* Management of customer acquisition and retention Email campaigns.* Creation and optimization of Google AdWords campaigns, ongoing analysis of individual campaign effectiveness within Google Analytics.* Management of online promotional and sales marketing campaigns; effectiveness and goal assessment.

* Lead team in strategic development of new corporate branding and positioning; including all corporate entities: messaging; web sites; collateral; email campaigns, online advertising; online communications.* Project manage the daily activities of website content creation with the executive team members. Deliver requirements and guidelines to web development team in order to meet timelines and launch deliverables. * Manage the daily ongoing relationship with external marketing & design agencies for all website projects and print collateral.* Manage all corporate public relations efforts: hired new PR firm; educated team on transition to new industry vertical; liaise all media analyst tours and events, announcements. * Manage lead generation programs including corporate conferences, events and Email campaigns; outline participation in strategic industry events; negotiate speaking and sponsorship opportunities.

* Lead for global email communications strategy development and ongoing program management.* Key project member for evaluating, recommending, and implementing projects for multi-million dollar e-commerce and marketing web site. * Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end internet and e-commerce systems.

* Manage the redesign of the corporate web site including development of the new corporate identity, new website infrastructure and technology, new content and design.* Hire and manage external design and writing teams to produce the new website design and content.

* Creation, integration and strategic management of InSync Online direct e-newsletter email program, with over 900k subscribers (extended base of 3+ M) and a 0.2% unsubscribe rate, driving traffic and revenue thru the Palm Online eCommerce Store, defining and evaluating the relationship with e-mail vendor, and improving customer subscription, retention and loyalty through various marketing methods. * Creation and implementation of the Palm Online eCommerce Store, strategic & daily management of all operational commerce aspects, including vendor management, new program launches, technology integration, reporting structure, design and content management.
