As a QA Intern, my primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and reliability of our products before they reach our customers and are presented to our clients. In this role, attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to view our products through the lens of our valued customers.My tasks involve meticulously testing our very own MEDL software applications, systems, or other digital products to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement. By testing iteratively and adhering to testing standards, I contribute to maintaining the high standards of excellence that MEDLMobile is known for.Furthermore, I actively collaborate with our teams at the office, including developers, designers, and project managers, to understand product requirements and user expectations fully. This collaborative approach allows me to provide valuable insights and feedback throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed customer satisfaction.

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, I founded the establishment of our first environmental club with a colleague, dedicated to fostering sustainability and promoting community education on environmental issues, our primary objective is to raise awareness. Since its establishment, GreenTeens has fostered environmental consciousness among hundreds of students and remains an ongoing presence at Martin Luther King Jr. High School. Through the implementation of eco-friendly projects, our aim is to ignite a spark of environmental responsibility in others and contribute to positive change.-One noteworthy initiative involved a project that enabled our members to personalize pots through painting, with the option to either retain them for personal use or donate them to our high school. These pots were intended for the teachers who found themselves isolated in empty classrooms while teaching online, or they were employed as decorative elements throughout the school premises.
