As an experienced Operations Director, I manage the systems, processes, and technology infrastructure that support our firm’s high-performance culture. With a focus on operational efficiency, I lead the implementation and evaluation of tools and strategies that streamline workflows, enhance team productivity, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.In parallel, I also serve as our Director of the Class VI Community, where I spearhead the development of an exclusive, thriving network of entrepreneurs. I bring together clients, partners, and industry leaders to foster mentorship, growth, and collaboration through events, educational content, and networking opportunities. This community is designed to empower business owners at every stage, providing them with the insights, connections, and support needed for long-term success.By combining operational excellence with community-building initiatives, I help create a well-rounded ecosystem where both our internal teams and clients thrive.
