The Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG) is an international non-profit organisation, headquartered in Singapore. CIG supports governments in building government leaders worldwide through training programmes, advisory work and knowledge creation.-Designed and executed public sector training programmes (online and in person) for government agencies in countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia and Africa. That includes a blend of lectures, workshops, case studies, policy games, field visits, dialogues and discussions with former and current government leaders. -Organised programmes and workshops for public sector leadership and talent development, including structured mentorships, policy forums and seminars.-Designed marketing collaterals and output of marketing and social media communications for an inaugural programme in Singapore and Africa. -Developed and designed layout and content for Academy's website.

Collaborated with B2B clients (Unilever, KLM Royal Dutch airlines etc.) to engage over 250 cross-industry leaders and C-level executives on the topic of sustainability, A.I. and more.Strategized a campaign plan and created sponsorship packages to enhance brand equity, securing 20 sponsorships valued at SGD300K, exceeding KPIs by 25% within 2 months.
