I graduated from Freed-Hardeman University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. I enjoy providing individual, couples, and family therapy to all ages. I am hard working, a leader, a problem solver, and I work well with all ages. I have about 7 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about the helping profession and the clients I serve. I am a strong advocate of developing sincere relationships with the individuals I interact with. My approach to therapy is heavily influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Choice Theory (Reality Therapy). I enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and caring for those around me.
