Lead the day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding process, and employee & labor relations. As an A-Team member, work in collaboration with the executive team on strategic workforce planning, focus on increasing effective employee engagement, manage department budgets, lead gemba walks, reduce turnover while increasing employee retention. Facilitate successful compliance for Joint Commission & DPH, drive leadership development, oversee SWB (salary, wages, benefits, staffing standards, overtime), develop policies and streamline processes. Partner with unions regarding union employees, bargaining and negotiations. Build a cohesive team from employees to executives to achieve a common goal.

Manage the daily operations and recruitment functions of the Human Resources Department. Lead the talent acquisition team and manage the recruitment process by providing innovative ideas and implementing strategic goals. On a regular and continuous basis, will work closely with leaders in the organization to establish best recruitment practices that align with company goals. Oversee and establish all operational functions within HR, which include recruitment, leave administration, workers compensation and HRIS.Promoted several times and held multiple positions within HR during this time frame.
