Hi, my name is Nicole Smithee and I'm passionate about making a Kingdom impact through creative communication and leadership development. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to serve in various roles — from Associate Pastor of Oasis LA Church, Director of Liberty Foundation, Teaching Pastor at Liberty Church and Co-Founder & CEO of Iridescent Women — where I've developed content strategy and created daily articles, biweekly podcast episodes, social media, book resources, email newsletters and more. I have also been speaking at digital and in-person events, conferences, and weekend church services for the last twenty years- such as Lakewood Church, Follow Conference, Grace City Church, Oasis Church, Liberty Church, Never the Same, She Rises Conference, and She is Free Conference - with audiences including church congregations, pastors and Christian leaders, Christian women, youth and young adults, as well as entrepreneurs. Most recently, I was featured as a regular Bible teacher for the YouVersion Verse of the Day in 2022-2023.As a content creator and developer of leaders, I'm excited to be a catalyst for transformative conversations that ignite purpose and drive people closer to Christ.
