I serve as CEO of PBWC, California's premier professional development organization for women. PBWC, founded in 1988 by Congresswoman Jackie Speier, provides skill building and networking programs to professional women and allies in order to advance gender equality and amplify diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. PBWC's signature programs include: The Annual Conference, Young Women’s Professional Summit, Senior Leadership Forum, Community Events and Town Halls; Membership Program and associated member content; monthly webinar series; and Scholarship Program.

PBWC was founded in 1989 by U.S. Congresswoman Jackie Speier. Working in partnership with the Lottery Director and 5-member Lottery Commission, responsible for the overall operation and administration of the California Lottery, a department of the State of California generating $7+ billion in revenue annually, with 850+ employees and 9 statewide district offices.

General counsel to the California Lottery and its five-member Lottery Commission; managed legal office; advised the Lottery Director and Commission on compliance with the Lottery Act and Lottery Regulations, Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act, Public Records Act, and applicable State and Federal law and policies.
