Refera is a startup that manages real state maintenance and renovations. As a Designer, my activities were:- Develop web and mobile interfaces for apps and internal platforms (including wireframes and low/high fidelity prototypes)- Prioritize the Design activities and planning new features for the platforms with the Product team- Work in an agile setting with different teams, advocating for a consistent and accessible Design across the platforms.- User Research, from creating Research studies to conducting interviews and usability testings.- UX Writing

Jungle Devs (now Olby) was a software house that partnered with international companies. During my time there I participated in 2 projects:OneFitStop (now Hapana), a platform to manage gyms that was under a redesign process, where I was responsible for:- Develop responsive interfaces for web and mobile formats, with a focus on acessibility.- Organize and redesign user flows and the information architecture of the platform.- Collaborate with other disciplines in a lean agile setting.- Project documentation and handoff to the development team.Olby, a platform that connects Brazilian talents to international companies, focusing on leveraging the Brazilian tech market to create new experiences. My responsabilities were:- Create materials and lead main activities in the Discovery stage, setting up the key ideas for the new company business.- Create and develop flows for two key features of the product: employee management and the talent acquisition process.- Develop web interfaces, from wireframes to prototypes.
