Nicole Stiles is a growth driven self-starter overseeing all content delivery and programming for How Women Lead, a national organization of 20,000 top executive women focused on activating their individual and collective power to influence the change they want to see in the world through leadership, investment and philanthropy. As a driver in the national movement for gender equity in corporate boardrooms, she was instrumental in the passage of California’s historic SB826 law. Nicole networks corporate board directors and develops trainings to prepare women for corporate board roles. She developed an annual 5-day hybrid conference on corporate board service which serves over 2,000 attendees, 170 speakers, 27 sponsors, and 35+ events each year. She is an innovative intrapreneur having created the How Women Give foundation, a strategic giving circle that connects influential women executives with organizations solving critical problems impacting women and girls in marginalized communities. Nicole has been responsible for curating the annual invitation-only Global Women’s Leadership Summits for the past 5 years. She also led the exploration phase of the $10M How Women Invest Fund I which activates women to step into investment to wield more influence in corporate governance and close the gender-based funding gap, while making meaningful investments and propelling high-potential, women-led companies forward at scale. Additionally, Nicole played a pivotal role in the transition and growth of the acquired Women Leaders for the World program which has served over 400 women in 40 countries. Nicole previously managed corporate partnerships with companies such as Google, Cornerstone OnDemand, Union Bank and TrueCar for Spark, a national mentoring program focused on career exploration for youth. She previously served as the Community Engagement and Events Director for WorldWideWomen, the first-ever global resource platform that offers a suite of services and benefits that are relevant and valuable to women and girls around the world.Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She earned her Master of Public Administration degree from San Francisco State University with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. She also sits on the Senior Advisory Board for the startup technology company Networked. Nicole is also a content contributor to Marin Magazine, Los Angeles Times and Cosmopolitan. She was also featured in the book "L.A. Affairs: 65 True Stories."
