- induction courses: material updating, course delivery, reporting, delivery team coordination-organizing and delivering training on standards of excellence Customer Service and French language trainings according to the specifics of the project (telecommunications, cosmetics, tourism)-coaching advisors on excellence standards in Customer Service and tracking progress indicators, drafting short and medium term action plan-delivering Coach the Coach sessions within the company-coordination of a gamification project for middle management in the company

-assure intensive French courses for future client advisers; -assess the client advisers language level in order to organise study groups, in compliance with the European Common Language Framework (placement tests);-prepare specialised materials and Canadian French terminology in order to fulfil students requirements;-periodical students progress reports and recommendations

-assess the level of the attendants to classes in order to organise groups;-assure French, Italian and Romanian communicative courses for A1, A2, B1, B2 levels according to the European Common Language Framework within companies; -organize evaluation tests: midtests and final tests and report results, establish objectives for future classes;-report students progress

-recruitment and selection procedures for different positions according to the customers’ requests in health field, constructions, industry, IT, tourism;-supervise all the steps in getting the equipollence of studies (for the nurses) from the Italian Health Ministry -prepare the candidates for the specific exams and interviews with the employer or specific authorities ( Italian Health Ministry, Italian Nurses College )-keep all the data bases, situation of documents, steps in the procedure to obtain a job, partnership contracts, work offers

-organize Italian courses for all the levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced; Communication skills in Italian, medical terminology-organize evaluation tests -member of Commissions to value the Italian knowledge of nurses who have to work in Italy

-organize French courses (business language) for multinational companies for different levels-evaluate periodically the French knowledge of the students
