Supports design efforts for permanent collection and changing exhibitions site-wide. Responsible for creation of exhibit graphics and signage, as well as gallery layout, casework and design. Establish and maintain standards for presentation of collections in permanent collection galleries through text panels and labels, directional signage, and other design mechanisms, in addition to guidelines addressing accessibility, construction and built environments aligned to best practices in museums for the Institution, vendors and contractors. Collaborates closely with team members to achieve museum goals for display in terms of conservation, educational and curatorial objectives and ADA compliance. This is a new role within Exhibitions, which will eventually expand into an in-house design department to support our robust exhibition schedule.

Responsible for most of the street banners for arts and cultural institutions in and around Los Angeles, Gold Metropolitan Media is the go-to organization for street advertising throughout Southern California and beyond. I handled their pre-press coordination with clients and vendors: checked artwork, generated preflight proofs, attended press checks, and made sure all steps from design to completion ran smoothly. I also rebranded the company itself - generating a new identity and signage for the San Fernando Valley offices.
