As a case manager, I aid consumers in gaining access to community resources and maintain a caseload of case management consumers. I have developed community contacts to secure community referrals.

As a counseling intern I completed intakes and assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, CSSR, etc.). I diagnosed mental health disorders using the DSM-V-TR. I created comprehensive treatment plans and progress notes. I conduced bi-weekly individual and group counseling sessions. I utilized approaches such as person-centered, MI, and CBT. I collaborated with supervisor and other professionals to coordinate care.

As a Mental Health Worker, I assisted consumers to meet their needs by working on established goals. I completed clinically based assessments at end of residential shift. I distributed and observe self-administered prescribed medication.

As an individual support service provider, I implemented therapeutic services to children with intellectual disabilities. I engaged youth in learning activities of daily living and incorporated socialization skills into various example scenarios.

As a Behavioral Health Counselor, I provide on-site supervision to consumers in residential program. I would encourage the consumers to participate in social and therapeutic activities. I also perform crisis intervention services as needed. Part of my tasks include distributing and observing self-administered prescribed medication as well as providing meals for the consumers and keeping up with the cleanliness of the villa.

As Director of Special Events, I would create events, contact vendors, and assign proper staff per event. I have overseen Bisexual Day Tie Dye and coordinated a few virtually run events. For May 2021, I am personally executing a Mental Health event for Mental Health Awareness Month.

As a Camp Counselor, I have organized and overseen various camp activities including games, arts and crafts, and attend field trips. I have introduced kids to new group games, planned an Escape Room, organized various tournaments, and organized yearly Talent Show.

I started at Brainiac Math and English Center assisting students ages 3-17 in both subject areas. Within my time at Brainiac, I have filled in as Manager by performing office tasks and creating student's workbooks. I was also given the responsibility for creating a Pre-School program in both subject areas.
