In the roles of Compliance Risk Officer, Managing Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance Divisions at several top Fortune 500 Companies (Washington Mutual Bank " acquired by JP Morgan Chase", Ocwen Fin’l & Dovenmuehle Mtg Servicing) her responsibilities were regulatory compliance development and oversight of the real estate lending divisions with a portfolio of over $20 billion. Over the past decade, Nicolette Cain has worked with CEO's, music management firms, NFL/MLB athletes, and top executive management teams providing strategic counsel on a wide array of issues in their businesses located here in the United States, Europe, Latin and Asian markets. Since 2011, Ms. Cain has raised over 50 investment finance vehicles for clients representing $5.2 billion in capital investments.
