As an Instructional Designer at Back Market, I create engaging and effective learning activities, courses, and programs for various audiences. I collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training gaps, design solutions, and implement them on the LMS platform. I also manage and maintain the content library and the automated training request system.I have a background in graphic design, which I leverage to create visually appealing and interactive content, such as graphics, animations, knowledge checks, and scenario-based simulations. I also have a certificate in Instructional Design from Georgetown University, which enhances my skills and knowledge in the field. I am passionate about learning and development, and always looking for inspiration in new places. I enjoy facilitating workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual, on topics such as Apple products, software, and digital art. I have over six years of experience in training and content development, including a role as a Sales Enablement Specialist at Apple, where I created and published learning content for channel audiences.
