I was dedicated to only projects within the Epic Implementation Program.- Renovation of team space & creation of Catholic Health Innovation Center at Canisius College - this project completed in about 60% of projected time, under budget, thanks to rapid cycle development and schedule crashing- Implementation of Hyland OnBase document management solutions including document conversion - overcame the extreme challenges of limited resource availability and coordination of >5 vendor schedules to align at final TDR testing- End User Device selection, install & technical dress rehearsal (TDR) - completed 16% ahead of schedule, under budget, during the height of the COVID19 crisis in NYS, and did it with a LOT of laughs.- Implementation of Experian financial suite (25+ modules) - on time, on budget and saving money for the system from well before go-live- Implementation of Elsevier content, including interdisciplinary care plans and patient engagement modules - improving quality of care through embedded educational content, evidence-based care plans that bring in the whole of the care team, and awesome tools for patients & the families who round out the full care team- At-the-Elbow Support Hub setup & coordination at go-live - without the traditional go-live command center, worked to leverage video technology to create a hub-and-spoke go-live support structure. This was a bucket-list job, and I can honestly say, it was extremely rewarding.I was able to instruct both very young children (age 4-6) and high-school age children (age 14-16) in a sport that has been important in my life. Seeing the development of group dynamic skills among the young children (caring for each other and helping one another) was heart-warming. Helping high-school age children gain confidence in an area many had not been stars before was invigorating. While I don't believe I'll have the opportunity to teach ski school again for a very long time, I'd love to have the chance again sometime in the future.
