With more than 28 years´ experience, Nicolette is an accomplished legal attorney with a background in professional services, pension institutions, and law firms. She has a strong focus on the implications and implementations of the shifting regulatory environment for financial services institutions. As EMEIA FS Law leader, she specializes in regulatory governance and compliance work for financial institutions, SIRA, policy framework and policy house, legal managed services, regulatory mapping, contract lifecycle management, pensions & employee benefits, and arbitration.
