I work on all phases of the UX design process to create innovative solutions for Blackstone’s portfolio companies. The type of work I do can include creating high fidelity prototypes for our custom applications used to help our internal accountants sift through an abundance of financial data efficiently. My team also develops BI dashboards in both Tableau and PowerBI that effectively puts the user at top of mind to encourage easy filtering and readability of financial data. We design data diagrams that help engineers understand the structure of our data environments. Our internal teams also use the UX team to strategize new branding and materials for any new initiatives they are prioritizing. I manage other UX designers on a daily basis and encourage creative thinking by proposing out-of-the-box solutions to our clients whenever a new business problem arises.
