I am a Business Analyst and Project Manager, with focus on Business Process Management (BPM) and Quality Management (ISO).I have executed dozens of projects related to BPM and Quality, in several areas such as Software development, electronic services, port terminals services, entrepreneur agency, co-op, healthy, foods and drinks, chemicals, wood artifacts and textile. Previously I was Quality Manager at Datasul, nowadays Totvs, the largest ERP system developers in the Latin America. At Datasul, with my team, I have developed the process macrostructure and the strategic projects control. I also established the Quality Management System and participate as Business Analyst in several software implementation projects at a software company called Senior Sistemas, the 2nd ERP largest developer in Brazil.I hold an MBA in Business Management (FGV), MBA in Industrial Management (FGV), MBA in Logistics and Total Quality (INPG), Quality Leader Assessor (BVQI), Business Coaching Integrated (ICI/ICF) and Bachelor of Accounting Science (FURB). I have attended international courses and events related to business management in USA and Italy.
