Responsible for maintaining a well balanced used-vehicle inventory for maximizing gross and keeping expenses in line. Responsible for reconditioning, displaying, wholesaling, and merchandising the product, setting objectives for the department and accomplishing them through planning, organizing, controlling, and measuring the performance of the department. Handles all aspects for vehicle certification and vendor management to produce a frontline unit. The Internal Service Advisor is responsible for coordinating internal repair orders for used cars and dispatching the work to technicians. As well as auditing and filing all service files for service department.

Carry out planned activities with children. Maintain standards set by Community Care Licensing and the Council on Accreditation. Complete monthly bulletin boards and carefully plan and display a monthly calendar that incorporates all activities planned. Work with, and carry out the directions of the Site Director in compliance with the policies and procedures of Kids’ Country and child care code requirements. Utilize a variety of effective teaching methods to lead groups of children in assigned activities. Listen to children and be sensitive to their needs. Demonstrate leadership and room control. Work with other staff in a cooperative manner. Complete any other projects or duties assigned by the Site Director.
