What began as a role in business development and marketing analysis turned into managing the websites, social media and various other marketing tasks for ambulatory surgery centers, digital imaging centers, Urgent Care facilities, primary care offices and more. I’ve always worn many hats, but this has been a challenge unlike any other. The group of facilities has more than doubled during my tenure, serving nearly 250,000 patients annually and generating millions of dollars in revenue.

Coached youth soccer players of various ages and abilities at week long soccer day camps. Took on a leadership role amongst staff and worked closely with the camp director in planning activities for the entire camp.

From booking anthem singers and intermission acts to beginning the team’s presence on social media and coordinating sponsorship efforts for in-game promotions, working in the front office for the Monarchs provided me with unparalleled on the job training and freedom to explore new avenues of marketing. My work in the early phases of the team’s presence on social media garnered attention across the AHL and I was asked to present our strategies at league meetings and met with several teams to talk about how to grow their presence and maximize revenue using social.

It all started as an internship during my time as a graduate student at SNHU and blossomed into a full time job assisting with all aspects of the Monarchs Care Foundation (the charitable arm of the Monarchs) and helping out on game nights. I assisted our VP of Public Affairs with golf tournaments, silent auctions, live auctions and mascot appearances (even jumping into costume on occasion). Game nights included scripting PA reads, assisting with graphics and coordinating the in-arena promotions team.

Worked closely with the Senior Vice President to plan events for the Monarchs Care Foundation including: Monarchs Care Golf Invitational, Ace Bailey Golf Classic, At Your Service Dinner, jersey auctions, Shirt off our Back Night, and fulfilling donation requests.Also took on many day to day administrative duties including: returning emails, making phone calls, creating logistics sheets, writitng letters, creating databases, soliciting donations
