Created community of travel writers throughout the world who created travel guides on the platform.

Placed at Mastery Design Collaborative, a non-profit focused on helping school systems implement personalized learning at scale. Elaborated a strategic planning playbook for school districts seeking to implement personalized learning.

Led a team of 4 full-time staff and 30 college ambassadors to implement recruitment campaigns to source, recruit, cultivate, select, and hire 70 diverse corps members. Generated 1,100+ applications nationally in 2012, a 43% increase from prior year.

Ran three teacher training institutes for incoming cohorts of 30-50 corps members, from design to completion and iterated programming based on results each year. Hired, trained, and managed a diverse team of 10 educators and operations staff.Led leadership development programming, managed 6 teacher coaches in two regions, and oversaw 100+ corps members nationally to ensure skill development, retention, and satisfaction with their experience and the organization.

Managed operations of an online program aimed at improving math skills of underserved youth, reaching 250,000 students nationwide. Operations included managing school promoters, purchasing program prizes and their distribution to bank offices, and training bank office staff in program-related duties.Coordinated the bank’s volunteering program.
