Organized and created user-friendly SharePoint sites for internal and external parties while maintaining restrictions for sensitive information2. Revamped semiannual cross-functional team meetings to maximize effective discussion time and cut down total meeting time by 30 minutes3. Documented import processes to standardize training for new hires and assist current team members with everyday responsibilities4. Saved over $130k in import duties over 1.5 years from timely closing and filing Temporary Import Bonds to Customs and staying up to date with expiring imports5. Established standards in the audit process when assessing brokers’ and forwarders’ annual performance6. Settled and paid invoices to maintain good standing with freight companies.7.
