Senior Manager, Human Resources And Talent Acquisition
Current- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.- Provide BCU-wide counsel to management and employees on employee relations issues. - Design and execute retention programs to minimize turnover and maximize employee retention.- Assist with workplace wellness programs and committees. - Lead talent attraction efforts through innovative recruitment marketing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, social media usage, and talent acquisition partnerships.- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.- Utilize data analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and retention efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.- Manage and mentor a team of HR and talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.- Orchestrate the summer intern program to ensure business needs are met and college interns have a valuable experience.- Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to leverage employee and candidate-facing communications and social media to convey the corporate culture and employee experience, while driving a consistent message, look, and feel across all channels.- Manager SharePoint pages and resources.
