Nonprofit Executive: Nicole is a strategic thinker, creative program designer, and detail oriented tactician with broad experience across various nonprofit sectors. She is well versed in strategy development, operations, budget management, program design, project management, collaborating with community organizations and elected officials, developing teams, marketing, public speaking, and event management. The common thread throughout her career is finding fulfilment through leading programs and initiatives that have a life-changing impact on those she serves. She helped to create new beginnings by managing transitional homes for women, expanded more affordable and accessible housing options by advocating for local policies that allow for the construction of accessory dwelling units and middle housing. She is proficient at community and audience engagement and has served audiences ranging from women overcoming homelessness, criminal histories and substance abuse to people escaping poverty through workforce development and advancement, to foster youth, to returning citizen, to seniors, and now people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in eleven states. Realtor: Nicole’s love of real estate began when growing up her parents would occasionally drive around Cincinnati looking at beautiful homes. That began her love affair with home shopping. Being a lover of the visual and performing arts, the diversity of Central Ohio is an experience.
