Provide leadership to the areas of non-credit, continuing education and summer programs, serving both non-degree and non-credit students through programs that are offered on and off campus throughout the year. Provide oversight and strategic direction to the Office of Non-Credit and Continuing Education, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, the Real Estate Institute, Off-Campus Training and Programs, Summer Programs, Executive Leadership Education, and Continuing Education Systems. Other responsibilities include leadership for special University College initiatives, including the continuing implementation of DestinyOne, a university-wide online registration and payment system for non-credit, continuing education, and conferences, as well as supporting schools and colleges interested in creating new non-credit programs.

Manage the development and implementation of a university-wide solution for continuing education and non-credit programs. Provide direction, leadership, support and oversight for the design and maintenance of Continuing Education processes, rules, tables and interfaces.

Manage a team of 10 programmer analysts responsible for providing first and second tier support for university-wide student information systems. Elicit requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and task/workflow analysis. Evaluate information from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, bring low-level information into general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the true needs of the business. Provide on-site support to divisions and develop strategies to address performance issues related to data and processes with a focus on standardization and optimization of delivered system features and functions.

Collaborate with Wise Penny store manager and staff to create strategies to meet revenue goals which support the Junior League of Baltimore's community projects. Develop plans to solicit new and gently used merchandise to sell in the store. Create a social media presence that will increase store traffic and awareness of the Wise Penny in the Greater Baltimore community.
