My role involves coordinating with teams from Planning, Technology, and Data to align strategies and optimize outcomes. I am responsible for tracking and achieving regional goals, surpassing them by over 120% in 2023. Additionally, I work closely with other departments within the group to meet revenue objectives and drive overall success. Furthermore, I spearhead the development of innovative projects in collaboration with the Data and Creativity departments. I also collaborate closely with the Audience team to facilitate the growth of advanced audience utilization for all our clients through cross-platform DMPs.
