Own partnership relationships and work with local businesses to grow and develop sponsorship strategy to advance hospital's mission; elevate employee and patience experiences at the hospital by planning and executing large and small-scale events to celebrate milestones and new hospital locations and initiatives; and plan and execute events, including donor and employee appreciation events, for DFW community leaders and healthcare stakeholders

Develop new relationships with DFW businesses to form long-term partners in the community in an effort to build brand recognition; provide opportunities for patient celebrations through community partnerships and highlight the company's mission through storytelling
