As a registered (chartered) Work & Organisational psychologist and cognitive behavioural therapist I have a firm background from which to provide advice and support regarding the topic of 'people at work'. I have ample experience in conductting psychometric assessments (assessment centers) for various positions and levels within organisations. From this experience, and because I am convinced that each person should be able to show the very best of themselves during an assessment, I - together with a team - am anenthusiastic provider of assessmentcoaching. We help participants to prepare for their psychometric assessments in the best possible way. In addition, I offer counseling/coaching for work-related issues, work as a freelance assessment psychologist and teach at the university. All of my work centers around the topic of 'people at work'. Quite a relevant topic too, as we spend a large amount of our lives working. This to me makes it worthwile striving for the best possible match between person and job.
