I have 10 years of experience in the beer distribution industry, 4 of which I have spent as a retail manager and 6 as an operations manager. In my previous role as a retail manager, I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a beer store, including inventory management, customer service, and staff training. I also developed and executed marketing and sales strategies to increase store traffic and sales.In my current role as an operations manager, I am responsible for overseeing the operations of a network of beer stores. This includes managing inventory across multiple locations, developing and implementing training programs for store staff, and providing support to store managers. I also work with sales representatives to negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure that our stores are stocked with the latest products.I have a strong understanding of the beer distribution industry and the challenges and opportunities that it faces. I am also an experienced manager with a proven track record of success.
