My duties consisted of answering inquiries on boats and recreational units, Cold calling past and current customers to see how they are enjoying there boat/unit and trying to upsell them into a new machine. I am managing a sales team of 2 as our dealership is small, but work with an organization of 6 marine dealers that I work with to ensure endless options of units to pick from. Communication is a key part of the job from listing to the customers or my manager, and other sales manager. I also worked with Dealertrak and did the financing for the dealership.

My duties consisted of daily cold calling to and talk about the benefits of using a broker, Sales, Organizing Mechanical Inspections, Marine Surveys & Captains for Sea Trials. I had to ensure the boats were in showable condition - clean, organized, identical to the online photos to ensure the customers had the best experience possible with no surprises. CRM (Zendesk) was a huge part of my day to day operations.

My duties consisted of me delivering and picking up customers boats from either theirhouses or marinas. I am the last and or first point of contact with the customer, so if therewere any issues with their boats I would record any information and pass the informationonto my superiors.
