I began my career in Logistics as a Broker Assistant, and shortly after, I became a Broker Export Analyst, where I had the opportunity to manage the full Export process. In this position, I was responsible for preparing and verifying Export documentation, handling the daily Export Customs Clearance activities at ports, airports, and warehouses, ensuring that service levels met established standards. I also set goals, analyzed performance metrics, and used KPIs to drive continuous improvement and enhance Team performance.Currently, as an Ocean Export Analyst in a Freight Forwarding Team, I manage the end-to-end process of Ro-Ro, FCL, LCL, and Project shipments, handling bookings with Shipping Lines, preparing and reviewing Export documentation, coordinating with Customs Brokers, Terminals and Inland Transport Companies, and tracking shipments from origin to destination, ensuring full compliance with Customs and Regulatory requirements. Right before that, I served as an Operational Controller and and Flight Editor at GOL Airlines, being responsible for managing aircraft logistics, including positioning, fueling and catering at Porto Alegre International Airport. I also played a key role in crisis management with a strong focus on customer service, assisting passengers with reservations, ticketing, and addressing both compliments and complaints. Additionally, I was Instructor for SABRE GDS system, leading training sessions for new and current employees, overseeing the transition, and providing both operational and technical support during the system's implementation.Prior to my Logistics career, I worked in public service, where I was responsible for ensuring that public health regulations and safety standards were being followed in various settings, such as restaurants, schools, hospitals, factories, and public spaces. My job was to identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with health laws, and promote safe practices in the community, in order to prevent the spread of diseases, ensure food safety, and maintain sanitary conditions in facilities that may pose health risks. I also spent a short time as Finance Manager of the City Hall's Retirement Fund, where my goal was to maintain the fund’s stability and growth, while managing risks and ensuring long-term sustainability for public sector employees. In order to do so, I had a CPA-10 Certification, that qualifies individuals to work with investment products and provide financial services in the Brazilian Financial Market.
