During my time as a University teaching assistant, I worked in the Laboratory of Advanced Photonics for physicists under the guidance of Professor Paolo Bettotti. My primary role was to assist the professor in facilitating the laboratory experiments and providing guidance to the students.

I am a co-founder of SPEQK, a startup born out of the University of Trento. Our primary objective is to design and disseminate cutting-edge products for quantum cryptography. Specifically, we create Quantum Random Number Generators and Quantum Key Distribution systems using Integrated Photonics technology.

During my Ph.D. research, I focussed on using Single-Photon Entanglement to develop quantum random number generation (QRNG) using integrated photonics. Through this research, I developed expertise in quantum information, quantum optics, and quantum photonics, which helped me enhance my abilities as an experimental physicist.Throughout my Ph.D., I performed various activities such as conceiving new experiments, planning laboratory activities, designing and building experimental setups, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and reporting and discussing them with my team. Additionally, I improved my abilities in designing photonic integrated circuits.My Ph.D. also allowed me to enhance my communication skills. I participated in various technical and non-technical conferences where I presented my research and wrote four papers in a peer-reviewed journal.The title of my thesis is: "A quantum entropy source based on Single Photon Entanglement."Moreover, I have successfully fulfilled the requirements for the Trans-disciplinary Program on Quantum Science and Technologies jointly run by the University of Trento Ph.D. Programmes in Physics, in Mathematics, in Materials, Mechatronics and Systems Engineering, in Information and Communication Technologies, in Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering, awarding the title of "Expertus in Quantum science and technologies." The trans-disciplinary program requires each student to follow specific courses and seminars on Quantum Mechanics topics and Quantum Technologies.

As a teaching assistant at the University, I worked for the Physics 2 course designed for physicists, under the guidance of Professor Lorenzo Pavesi. During the course, my responsibilities included two main tasks: 1. Grading exams, and 2. Solving exercises during the lessons for the students.

As a university teaching assistant, I worked on the Physics 1 course for industrial engineers. Professor Stefano Oss supervised me, and my activities during the course included two main parts. Firstly, I assisted the students in solving exercises during the frontal lessons. Secondly, I corrected exams and conducted oral discussions with students.
